1.Outline
This game rules are for...
The player character becomes the member of fictitious troops on Ragol "Aggressors," and by playing only the story mode of the online game of PSO, aim to raise your rank in the troops.
(reference: "Squad Leader The Campaign Game")

2.Rejection
As for this game, because of cooperation in the party becomes the maximum element, the joinning for the this game is refused when the player not to be able to expect cooperation.
Moreover, by request from other players to the campaign game headquarters(CGHQ), if the player which haven't attitude of cooperation is there, his character will be made dishonorable discharge from troops, and CGHQ will consider about an eternal banishment of the player.

3.Injustice
If the player modified saving data, or used cheating(on-memory-patch) tools, his character will be made dishonorable discharge from troops, and the player will be made an eternal banishment.

4.Basic rules

4-1. Enlistment condition
Only newly made character can enlist(join).

4-2. Enlistment
When joining the troops, you must submit accurate character name, the class, and the player name (electronic alias) to CGHQ.

4-3. Play limitation
No other games except the campaign game are allowed for the character which is in campaign game.
Moreover, no transfering of any items/Meseta are allowed.

4-4. Item use limitation
There are no limitation about using items which were gotten during campaign game, regardless of the obtaining method (obtaining from the boxes/enemies, bought at the shop, or handed over from other party members).
However, you can't hand weapon over to other party members at all, if weapon was ground even once (used grinder for it) after you obtain it first.
Moreover, once you feed to Mag, you can't change its owner, and only owner can equip it.
However, Only for changing its shape(Mag's kind) and its level is 200, you can hand Mag over to other party members temporarily, and that party member can feed to the Mag (The thing that other characters feed for other purposes isn't permitted).

4-4-1. Limitation of weapons by stages
The character can use only weapons which are shown in the following charts.
However, you can equip to (only for) confirm the kind of special weapons which isn't tekked.

4-4-2. Limitation of using Mag by its level
Except level of Mag is 5 or less, the character can't equip Mag which has over twice level of its owner.
During equipping Mag, if its level was raised over the limit of this by feeding, the character must unequip it immediately.

4-4-3. Limitation of passing to other characters about special items

Once the mission(reference: 4-7.Mission) was ended, party members must decide the owners of all units and SACRED GUARDs which were gotten in the mission, before the character left the team(room) or start next mission.
After once it was decided, the owner can't pass those items to other characters any more.
You can't change members to decide owners of those items, and if you can't decide those owners, you must abandon all items of those which can't be decided.
However, you can sell those items to the shop instead of abandon.
Also, the owner can sell to the shop or abandon those items after the owner was decided.

4-4-4. Limitation of using tecnique of officers
officers(reference: following rank tables) can't use Hard Attack Techniques at V-Hard or lower.
Moreover, officers can't use Nomal Attack Techniques at Hard or lower.

4-5. Finish of the stage
"Finish" means returning from the transporter of the stage boss' room to Pioneer 2.

4-6. Commander
A superlative officer becomes a "Commander" when there is/are officer(s) in the party.
If there are two or more superlative officers of same rank are in party, officer which has higher score (reference: following score advance tables)(it's called "Senior officer") at the time of start of mission(reference: 4-7.Mission) becomes a commander.
If there are two or more superlative senior officers in party, all of them become commanders.

4-7. Mission
The minimum unit of game in this rules is called "Mission".
Each stage (not area) which are forests, caves, mines, or ruins of each game level are unit of object of mission.
Each character must record which stage was finished, and can't make sortie to mission without finishing lower stages or game levels.
Moreover, during each mission, all party members must play same stage.
This means, characters only can act at object stage or Pioneer 2.
Moreover, if character isn't in mission, can't enter to Ragol.
As mission, you can target stage which isn't finished at the team(room).
This means, you can't start new mission for collecting items or mopping up remaining enemies.
The object stage of mission is decided by agreement of all players.
And, if party has commander, he have right to decide object stage of mission by his own decision.
However, if party has two or more commanders, agreement of all commanders is needed.

4-8. End of mission
The mission is ended when all of party members finished the stage, or all players agree to end the mission. If party has commander (and, if party has two or more commanders, agreement of all commanders is needed), also it is ended when commander declared its end (this means, commander has right of forced ending).
Once the mission was ended, party members must spend all materials and grinders which were gotten in the mission, before the character left the team(room) or start next mission.
You can't change members to spend materials/grinders, and if you can't spend them, you must abandon all materials/grinders which can't be spent.
However, you can sell those materials/grinders to the shop instead of abandon.

4-9. Intentional midway end
If you declare it beforehand, you can quit (by reason of problem with time or so on) the mission even midway.
In this case, the mission is ended for the character/player at the time, but it's continued for other party members also.
Moreover, the player which ends at midway cannot join the same mission again.

4-10. Kicked/frozen
The mission is ended at the time when unexpected disconnection happens(kicked or frozen).
But, in this case, if the player hopes, the character can join the same mission again.
Or not, the mission of the character is ended at that time.

4-11. Illegal midway end
If the player quitted or disconnected the mission intentionally (to avoid disablement of combat or so on) purpose obviously, his character will be made dishonorable discharge from troops, and the player will be made an eternal banishment.

4-12. Judgment of score/rank
The rank of each character is judged by its score, only when the mission ends.

4-13. Record
When the mission is ended (including midway end, disconnected, frozen end), for each character, player must record level of character at the end of mission, stage of mission, completed(finished) or not (if incompleted, its reason too), number of disablements of self, number of disablements of other party members, and score.
To expect the accuracy of the score, you need to record number of party members disablements even during the mission.

4-14. After finished the mission
You can't enter to object stage again after once finished the mission.
This means, you can't go back to Ragol for collecting remaining items.
By the way, after you ended one mission, if you want to start another mission on another stage, there is no need to make new team(room) again.
4-15. Making the team
You can make the team by character (which can select target stage) which isn't for campaign game (because, character for campaign game can't select stage except forest).
Also, you can choose section ID of team making character as you like.
After making the team, also team making character can join to the team as referee(reference: 4-18.Referee)

4-16. Relief to lost
For any reason, when character lost items, the character isn't relieved.
If player hope to continue the character keeps joining campaign game, the character must continue it from the state at the time.
However, usual handing items/meseta over (between party members) isn't limited.

4-17. Discharge from troops
At any time if isn't in mission, the character can discharge(leave from campaign game) from troops by player's offering to CGHQ.

4-18. Referee
To do proper score recognition, the party can have referee.
There are no limitation about character of referee, but the referee must not behave as it influences other party members' behavior.

4-19. Gentlemen's agreement
If no referee in the party, the score recognition is managed only by the gentlemen's (and ladies') agreement. If injustice is done obviously, his character will be made dishonorable discharge from troops, and the player will be made an eternal banishment.

4-20. Re-registration
The player must submit all of each character's records of each mission after "competition(for example, some missions in one day's playings)" to CGHQ.
CGHQ registers characters data again based on the submitted records.

4-21. Wound discharge from troops
If total number of disablement reaches 10 times, the character is treated as wound discharge from troops, and the character must leave from campaign game with one class special promotion.

5.Rank


5-1. Rank
When enlisted, each character's rank is private, and its score is 0pts.
The score is added when the character is/was in some special conditions.
When the mission ends, each character's rank at that time is decided according to the score of each character.

5-2. Promotion/demotion
"Promotion" means that the class goes up, and "Demotion" means the class goes down.
The character is promoted to pertinent rank when its score reaches to corresponding score or more by increased score.
And, the character is demoted to pertinent rank when its score reaches to corresponding score or less by decreased score.

5-3. Private/noncommissioned officer
As usual, character is private or noncommissioned officer, and its rank is from private to sergeant major.

5-3-1. Dishonorable discharge by demotion
If character's score is -20 or less, at the mission ends, the character must leave from campaign game as dishonorable discharge.

5-3-2. Private/noncommissioned officer score advance table

Per each 1 level up of the character.
:+1pts.
Finished new stage (never finished by the character till it).
:+2pts.
Finished stage without disablement of the character.
:+1pts.
If the character's level is... (also this is called as "Over Level Penalty")
per each 7 level(FRD:Fractions rounded down. followings are same) when mission at Nomal forests started.
per each 7 level over level 5 when mission at Nomal caves started.
per each 7 level over level 10 when mission at Nomal mines started.
per each 7 level over level 15 when mission at Nomal ruins started.
per each 7 level over level 20 when mission at Hard forests started.
per each 7 level over level 25 when mission at Hard caves started.
per each 7 level over level 30 when mission at Hard mines started.
per each 7 level over level 35 when mission at Hard ruins started.
per each 14 level over level 40 when mission at V-Hard forests started.
per each 14 level over level 50 when mission at V-Hard caves started.
per each 14 level over level 60 when mission at V-Hard mines started.
per each 14 level over level 70 when mission at V-Hard ruins started.
per each 21 level over level 80 when mission at ULT forests started.
per each 21 level over level 95 when mission at ULT caves started.

5-4. Career
To become an officer, character must become a "career" first.
Even if the character's rank is any of private or noncommissioned officer, if the character finished 3 or more missions and score is 0 or more, the player can offer to CGHQ to become a career.
Once the offer for career is accepted, the character's rank and score are frozen at the time, and its campaign game is restarted as character's rank is cadet and it's score is 0.
Also, the cadet is treated as the lowest class officers.

5-4-1.Failed to be a career
If cadet's score reached -20 or less when end of the mission, the character fails to be a career, and back to previous rank when offering to become a career.
Also, the character's score comes to add the score before it freezes (by offering to become a career) to the score at that time.
If the score reaches -20 or less after this operation, also the character must leave from campaign game as dishonorable discharge.

5-4-2. Formal commission
If cadet's score reached 20 or more when end of the mission, the character is formally committed as lieutenant junior.
Thereafter, officer is never demoted to cadet without demotion to soldier/noncommissioned officer and reoffering for career.

5-4-3. Demotion of officer
If score of officer which was committed formally reached 0 or less when end of the mission, the character is demoted and back to previous rank when offering to become a career.
Also, the character's score comes to add the score before it freezes (by offering to become a career) to the score at that time.
If the score reaches -20 or less after this operation, also the character must leave from campaign game as dishonorable discharge.

5-4-4. Cadet/officer score advance table

Finished new stage (never finished by the character till it).
:+3pts.
Per each member of party, when finished stage without disablement of all of party members. (ex.: if its full party, it values as +4pts.)
However, if the member comes under "Over Level Penalty", the member isn't counted for this.
:+1pts.
Started stage which already finished once or more.
:-1pts.
Per each entering to room of map which was already mopped up enemies.
:-1pts.
Per each getting out from room, even some of other party members are still in the room.
:-2pts.
Per each disablement of the character.
:-8pts.
Per each disablement of the other party member.
